Steak Fajita Marinade
This Steak Fajita Marinade is made with olive oil, soy sauce, orange juice, lime, garlic, herbs and spices. It is the PERFECT combination of flavors that will make your mouth water and leave you and your family wanting more.

Ingredients

lbs
skirt or flank steak
1/2
cup
orange juice
1
lime
juiced
1/4
cup
olive oil
1/4
cup
soy sauce
3
cloves
garlic
minced, or use 1 tbsp garlic powder
1
tbsp
onion powder
1
tbsp
oregano
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a large resealable plastic bag or mixing bowl, add all the ingredients (except the steak). Whisk to combine.
Add the steak to the marinade. Toss, making sure each side of the steak is coated in marinade.
Seal the bag or cover and marinate in the fridge anywhere from 2-24 hours. Make sure to flip the steak halfway through your marinating time.
Remove the meat from the marinade and transfer to a large, clean surface. Pat the steak with paper towels.
Season both sides of your steak with salt and pepper and let the steak sit out for about 30 minutes before grilling to your desired doneness.
Notes
You can add cilantro to this marinade for some additional flavor. I just didn't because I am personally not a fan of cilantro.
