Oven Baked Asian Beef Ribs Recipe

These oven baked Asian beef ribs are super easy to make and finger licking delicious. This is definitely a recipe that you'll keep on deck to come back to time and time again for dinner!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 rack beef ribs
  • 2 tbsp Adobo
  • 3 tbsp garlic powder divided
  • 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 4 tbsp barbecue sauce any brand
  • 1 tsp sugar

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Once water is boiling, add ribs, Adobo and 2 tbsp of garlic powder. Boil ribs for one hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place ribs onto the baking sheet. Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake for one hour.
  5. In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, barbecue sauce, 1 tbsp garlic powder and 1 tsp sugar.
  6. Remove aluminum foil and brush sauce over the ribs. Return the ribs to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Flip ribs and brush sauce over the other side. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
