Pat your chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, combine flour, Kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, and oregano. Stir to combine.
Using a fork or tongs, coat the chicken with the flour mixture, making sure to get an even layer on all sides. Set aside.
Heat olive oil on medium-high heat in a large skillet or cast iron pan.
When the skillet is hot, cook the chicken on each side for about four to five minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Remove chicken from pan and serve.
