Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts thin, skinless, boneless
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 3 tbsp olive oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Pat your chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, Kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, and oregano. Stir to combine.
  • Using a fork or tongs, coat the chicken with the flour mixture, making sure to get an even layer on all sides. Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil on medium-high heat in a large skillet or cast iron pan.
  • When the skillet is hot, cook the chicken on each side for about four to five minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  • Remove chicken from pan and serve.
