That’s why I decided to break down this menu and give you my top picks for the best diet dirty soda orders from Swig!

What sugar free flavors are available at Swig?

Swig uses Torani syrups in their drinks.

Swig currently carries sugar free coconut, sugar free mango, sugar free peach, sugar free pineapple, sugar free raspberry, sugar free vanilla, sugar free strawberry, and sugar free watermelon.

When you are ordering your beverage, you want to make sure that the syrups in it come in a sugar free variety.

Diet Dirty Dr Pepper

The Diet Dirty Dr Pepper is a Dr Pepper with sugar free coconut syrup.

Diet Dirty Little Secret

The Diet Dirty Little Secret is a Dr Pepper with sugar free coconut syrup, sugar free pineapple syrup, and vanilla cream.

Please be aware that the vanilla cream is NOT sugar free.

Diet Life’s A Peach

The Diet Life’s A Peach is a Diet Dr Pepper with sugar free vanilla syrup, sugar free peach syrup and half and half.

Diet Princess Peach

The Diet Princess Peach is a Diet Dr Pepper with sugar free peach syrup and coconut cream.

Please be aware that the vanilla cream is NOT sugar free.

Diet Raspberry Dream

A Diet Raspberry Dream is a Diet Dr Pepper with sugar free raspberry syrup and coconut cream.

A normal Raspberry Dream has raspberry puree. Because there is no sugar free puree, the raspberry puree is replaced with sugar free raspberry syrup.

The coconut cream also is NOT sugar free so make sure to keep that in mind!

Save Me Jade

The Save Me Jade is a Diet Dr Pepper with sugar free vanilla and sugar free coconut.

This drink is awesome because it already comes sugar free. If you’re nervous about ordering/customizing your drink, I suggest ordering the Save Me Jade to build up your confidence!

Diet Spring Fling

A Diet Spring Fling is a Diet Dr Pepper with sugar free vanilla syrup, sugar free strawberry syrup and coconut cream.

A normal Spring Fling has strawberry puree. Because there is no sugar free puree, the strawberry puree is replaced with sugar free strawberry syrup.

Diet Texas Tab

Probably the most popular of the diet dirty soda orders (because it is the OG combo), a Diet Texas Tab is a Diet Dr Pepper with sugar free vanilla and coconut cream. In my opinion, the Diet Texas Tab is one of the best Swig drinks!

Please be aware that the coconut cream is NOT sugar free.

Diet Big Al

A Diet Big Al is a Diet Coke with sugar free coconut syrup and fresh lime.

Besides the Save Me Jade, I also think a Diet Big Al is an easy one to order if you have ordering anxiety!

Diet The Founder

A Diet The Founder is a Diet Coke with sugar free coconut syrup, fresh lime and coconut cream.

The Diet The Founder is definitely one of my personal favorite diet dirty soda orders from Swig. I think at this point if you cut me in half I would bleed Diet Coke. And combining Diet Coke with coconut and lime? Mind blowing.

Please be aware that the coconut cream is NOT sugar free.

Diet Just Peachy

The Diet Just Peachy is a Coke Zero Sugar with sugar free pineapple syrup, sugar free peach syrup, fresh lime and coconut cream.

A normal Just Peachy has peach puree. Because there is no sugar free puree, the peach puree is replaced with sugar free strawberry syrup.

Diet Waikiki

A Diet Waikiki is a Diet Coke or Coke Zero Sugar (or any diet soda base you’d like) with sugar free pineapple syrup and coconut cream. A lot of people sleep on this combination but honestly I think the Diet Waikiki is one of the best Swig drinks.

Please be aware that the coconut cream is NOT sugar free.

Diet Beach Babe

The Diet Beach Babe is a Diet Mountain Dew with sugar free raspberry syrup, sugar free peach syrup and vanilla cream.

Please be aware that the vanilla cream is NOT sugar free.

Diet Bloody Wild

A Diet Bloody Wild is a Diet Mountain Dew with sugar free mango syrup and sugar free strawberry syrup.

A normal Bloody Wild has mango and strawberry puree. Because there is no sugar free puree, the mango puree and strawberry puree are replaced with sugar free mango syrup and sugar free strawberry syrup.

Diet Dew Gooder

A Diet Dew Gooder is a Diet Mountain Dew with sugar free pineapple syrup, fresh lime, sugar free raspberry syrup and coconut cream.

A normal Diet Dew Gooder has raspberry puree. Because there is no sugar free puree, the raspberry puree is replaced with sugar free raspberry syrup.

Please be aware that the coconut cream is NOT sugar free.

Diet Watermelon Sugar

The Diet Watermelon Sugar is a Diet Mountain Dew with sugar free mango syrup, sugar free watermelon syrup, and coconut cream.

A normal Watermelon Sugar comes with passion fruit popping pearls. Because you are already having some sugar in your drink from the coconut cream, I would recommend omitting the popping pearls.

Diet Hula Girl

A Diet Hula Girl is a Sprite Zero with sugar free mango syrup, sugar free pineapple syrup, sugar free strawberry syrup and coconut cream.

The Hula Girl normally comes with lemonade which is currently not available in a sugar free version. Because you are already having some sugar in your drink from the coconut cream, I would recommend omitting the lemonade or reducing the amount to just a splash.

Diet Loop-T-Loop

A Diet Loop-T-Loop is a Sprite Zero with sugar free strawberry syrup, sugar free watermelon syrup and sugar free peach syrup.

Diet Poppin’ Pineapple

The Diet Poppin’ Pineapple is a Sprite Zero with sugar free pineapple syrup, sugar free watermelon syrup and strawberry popping pearls.

The strawberry popping pearls do have sugar, so I would recommend omitting them. However, I also understand that it would completely eliminate the “poppin” part of the drink. So, if you want it, go for it! But just try to balance what you have for the rest of the day!

Try It Blended!

Swig’s blended drinks are different from their competitors because their blended drinks do not have a base added to them.

Just to compare, Starbucks adds a base to their Frappuccino drinks to keep them from separating. This base adds a ton of sugar to the drink, making most fraps not suitable for you if you are watching your sugar intake.

Swig on the other hand just adds the drink to a blender with ice. So, if you’re looking to switch up your order, I highly recommend giving your drink a blend! Some of the best Swig drinks are even better blended!

What if I don’t see my drink on here?

If you don’t see your order on this list, it is most likely because the syrups and puree combinations in the drink are not available sugar free at Swig locations. It could also be that the add-ins are also not available sugar free.

For example, The Island Time is a Fresca with passion fruit syrup, fresh orange, mango puree, and coconut cream. While you could get away with swapping the mango puree for sugar free mango syrup, you really can’t replace the flavors from the Fresca or passion fruit syrup.
